Refund policy

 

All returns and refunds shall be mutually agreed upon by the Buyer and the Seller (Springrise Limited) based on the specific circumstances of the transaction.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers are responsible for the return or exchange shipping fees for all non-faulty items, including items from their first order.

All items must not be washed, worn, or damaged, and original tags must be attached.

Can I cancel or change my order?

1) Any changes or cancellations made before dispatching your order are complimentary.

2) Unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate order cancellations or changes once the order has been shipped.

3) Upon cancellation, you'll receive a full refund credited back to your original payment method, and a notification email will be sent to you.

 

About Refund

Please note that shipping fees are excluded from the refund.

The refund can only be credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made.
